 Candidate Referral Bonus
We appreciate and recognise your loyalty in referring candidates to us and want to reward you! For every referred candidate that we place we are offering the referrer £250 in vouchers of your choice. Once you have received permission from your referral, just e-mail or call with their name and number and leave the rest to us!
Terms and Conditions
1. The person that you have referred must become a candidate of Appointments Direct Limited within 3 months of you recommending them to us to count as a candidate referred by you.
2. Referred candidates must be placed in permanent employment within a client company of Appointments Direct Limited
3. Referred candidates must stay within their placement through the stated 12 week probationary period in order to qualify as a referred candidate.
4. The invoice for said referred candidate must have been paid for by the client before referral bonus is given.
5. It must be stated before the candidate is interviewed by Appointments Direct Limited that they are a referred candidate in order to qualify for the scheme, and Appointments Direct Limited must have confirmed that they have accepted the referral.
6. Appointments Direct Limited reserve the right to decline any referral without explanation. This is essential so as not to compromise our candidate and client confidentiality.
7. Appointments Direct Limited reserve the right to change/discontinue the referral incentive at anytime without notice.
